Shiro from ADEKAN dressed as some kind of pseudo-tengu fan-wielding stripper thing. IT'S OKAY BECAUSE THIS MANGA IS ITS OWN RIDICULOUS, INSANE, WTF-FEST TAKE YOUR LOGIC ELSEWHERE. I flatter myself to think that Tsukiji Nao might appreciate this design for Shiro as much as I appreciate...well, just go read Adekan if you haven't already, and if you have, then you're already nodding and smiling with me
So I've been sitting on the lineart of this thing for MONTHS, literally months, because I made the mistake (that so many artists make) of being unwilling to hack and slash and burn a piece of half-baked art until it becomes a decent piece of art (IE, make it a good composition even if it means cropping and cutting out hours and hours of painstaking, hand-inked details).
The other thing that kept tripping me up was that every time I tried to start coloring, I inadvertently-yet-repeatedly produced poor imitations of Tsukiji Nao's coloring style, which, while I love it to bits and drool over every new color piece she does, DOES NOT JAM WITH HOW I PAINT. But, finally, it is done, and done to my almost-satisfaction, which is more than can be said for about 90% of the work I vomit out.
Good lord, it's 7am @_@

Love Adekan..Its sad there are very few good fanarts of Adekan..Its kinda underrated...with all the amazing artwork and craziness...I am totally addicted and I plan to draw more fan arts as well. This is really inspiring.
